Hyperinflation

I just had a conversation with my Chinese restaurant guy. He said he didn’t make any money in May or June because food costs have rocket it up. He said it’s because upstream labor costs have increased because no one wants to work. He also said other Chinese restaurants I’ve tried to steal his workers by offering more money. It’s a vicious cycle all the way around. Government subsidizing unemployment, labor shortage, rapidly rising wages, lack of commodities, lack of finished goods, consumers are flush with cash so demand is high. Unfortunately I don’t think it’s going to end well.
